The room was nicely decorated and brand-new with good amenities. Everyone was attentive and absolutely courteous. - the location was incredible, for example, Town Hall Square was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. - the indoor restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was the best part.

The hotel was spotless, there were really helpful staff and SATISFACTORY breakfasts. The room was nicely decorated with a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control included.

My room was great-sized and extremely pleasant and had a carpet and a coffee table. The location was particularly good and perfect, you can visit Church of Jesuites by walking.

Very friendly, nice and language skilled staff. Hotel was very flexible with our special requests (late arrival, late check-out etc.). It was luxury to have a free parking right next to the main door. :)

I like staying at Amberton Cozy Hotel Kaunas when I am in Kaunas. This small hotel offers a great selection of good-sized and pleasant rooms. 3. the staff is highly courteous and excellent. 4. It has a perfect location within walking distance from a historic funicular. 5. It is near all the sightseeing places, bars, and the old town center. 6. the indoor restaurant serves great food.

Yes, it was not the hotel that was advertised when we booked it. The first morning although we arrived at breakfast a hour before closing there was no milk for our cereal. We asked for milk, as we had filled our bowls with cereal and were told there was no milk. No attempt to get any milk was made by the staff. Our beds wern't made on the Saturday morning and the hotel had no bar or restaurant as was advertised before we booked it. We asked for extra pillers as we only had one each (there were three of us) These pillars ere never given to us. Also the name was changed after we booked the hotel and this wasn't made known to us until we arrived at the hotel.

The hotel was in the old town and close to castle, restaurants, bars and shops and only a 15 min walk from the Acropolis Shopping Centre which is definately worth a visit. The room was spacious and with good decor, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge.

There was not enough seating available for guests during breakfast and had to wait when things ran out.

We enjoyed dining at a pleasant restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, with a great central location near St Francis Church and in an excellent area.

the room didn't look anything like what's on website, could've done with a bit of cleaning, there was a bottle of water provided for the guests but no glasses, hair dryer didn't work properly....however the stuff couldn't be more helpful and the breakfast was really good....

Helpful staff in a country where I spoke nothing of the local language. Hotel in great location breakfast was reasonable without being great but I would recommend the hotel as a base in Kaunas.

One little problem. The cleaning staff forget to do my room one day and I had to do it myself however this shouldn't detract from my overall satisfaction with this hotel.
